Project Manager
(PM / PMO / PdM)
JOB DESCRIPTION
About the Role
You will join client projects as a PM, PMO, or PdM and drive them forward, from organizing requirements and managing the development team's progress to designing operations and driving growth after release. You can work on a wide range of projects, including development using generative AI, offshore development, and core system replacement.
Required skills (MUST)
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a PM, PMO, or PdM
- Experience participating in system or app development projects
- Experience in requirements definition and specification design
- Ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and build consensus
Preferred skills (WANT)
- Experience with generative AI or AI-driven development projects
- Experience managing offshore development
- Experience with core system replacement and data migration
- Experience with smartphone app growth and KPI design
- Hands-on experience as an engineer or development director

- Mitsuya Yotsuya Bldg. 5F, 2-14-4 Yotsuya, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, or remote work
- Working hours
- 10:00–19:00 (8 working hours, 1-hour break)
*Adjusted depending on the project you join. - Days off and leave
- Two days off every week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and congratulatory and bereavement leave. Days off follow the calendar.
- Compensation and benefits
- Full commuting allowance, full social insurance coverage (employment, workers' accident compensation, health, and employees' pension)
Performance-based bonuses, fiscal year-end bonus, paid leave - Salary
- ¥500,000–¥800,000 per month
*Determined based on age and experience. For contractors, please talk to us project by project. - Training and probation period
- 3-month training and probation period (same salary as after permanent hire)
